With strong growth in the Property team, the firm is looking for a capable and motivated Conveyancer who enjoys managing their own residential portfolio and taking ownership of files from instruction through to settlement. You will run end to end residential conveyancing matters for a key real estate client, for Victorian and interstate transactions. Working within a collaborative and down to earth team, you will benefit from excellent systems, modern technology and genuine flexibility, including 1 to 2 days working from home each week. Your responsibilities will include: Managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish Preparing contracts and settlement documentation Conducting PEXA settlements Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and financial institutions Using Duties Online and managing State Revenue Office requirements Why consider this role?
